Caitlin Justesen is the Founder and CEO of RHD Decor & Interiors, where she blends a love of historic preservation with timeless design. Inspired by her own 125-year-old home in Old Town Manassas, Caitlin launched RHD to help clients honor the character of older homes while creating spaces that feel fresh, elegant, and lived-in.
With a background in strategic communications and a sharp eye for detail, Caitlin leads the company’s growth, branding, and client experience. Whether she’s directing a full restoration or curating seasonal décor through RHD Seasonal, Caitlin brings passion, creativity, and a deep respect for craftsmanship to every project.

As President and Chief Design Officer of RHD Decor & Interiors, Lisa Ortiz brings over 27 years of luxury design experience to every project. Before joining RHD, she served as Design Director at a nationally award-winning firm, where she led high-end residential projects up and down the East Coast. Her signature style blends Transitional, Contemporary, and Traditional influences to create timeless, tailored spaces.
Lisa is a graduate of Marymount University and is known for her expertise in finish selections, space planning, and working seamlessly across teams to bring a design vision to life. She’s passionate about creating homes that are both beautiful and livable—and brings a personal, collaborative approach to every client she works with.
